Estimated delivery times:

Netherlands: Most orders are delivered to your home the next working day.

Rest of Europe: Estimated delivery time for other European countries varies between 1-3 working days.

We understand the importance of tracking your order, which is why every shipment is provided with a Track & Trace code. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can easily track your package.

 

Returns Policy

We at Lyore Parfum want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you can return it within 14 days of receipt.

 

How to register a return:

Please contact our customer service at support@lyoreparfum.com to register your return.

You will receive instructions for returning your product.

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received the item. We will also inform you of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.

 

Please note: Return shipping costs are at your own expense.

You can return with our returns service. The return costs are €4.95 for orders in Europe.
